• ON THE NOSE: Intense candied apples, enhanced by smoky and spicy aromas
• IN THE MOUTH: Complex, with a lingering finish of caramelized apple, woody aromas, cinnamon and fig. All in roundness.

The ciders produced on the estate are distilled with a column still to extract the alcohol. This cider brandy is then aged in oak barrels for 15 years to become our Calvados Hors d'âge 15 ans.
