Compose your trio of jellies:
Our natural apple jellies are obtained by extracting the juice from our organic apples followed by simple cooking (sometimes embellished with cinnamon powder, calvados, lemon or orange zest depending on the pot). The pectin present in the fruits allows the gelling of the product. Agar-agar also reinforces the action of pectin.
